In spite of having the best in class employee motivation programs on the planet — corporate events, bonus program, employee awards program and promotion program if the basics have not been taken care, you are not getting the best out of your people. Providing clarity means enabling your employee to be as productive as they can be during the hours they put in, by making clear what they are expected to get done, what they have at disposal and the things they need to take care of while getting done.
